i bought a xmax v3 pro, seems like i can't toke hard enough for it to work, it heats up. i've used vapes 10yrs,never had a prblm, i have a form of als disease effects lungs would like one easy to use and clean hands dont work right any recomendations, i try to use there return form and it will not work

OMG Go Somewhere Else

I bought the Arizer 2 Solo from Planet of the Vapes online. After 2 months, it broke. I sent it back and they sent me a "renewed" vape that was non-functional. I told them it was broken and...wait for it... ...they asked me to go to the post office AGAIN to send the broken/used one back and then wait another 2 weeks for a vape that will probably be "renewed" again. No thanks. I'll just throw this one away and buy it from a place that will replace a new product with a new product if/when it breaks. Never again!

They sell crap quality at high prices.

Planet Of The Vapes - They sell crap quality at high prices.
I bought a $100 vape from them. It didn't work. I spent several weeks trying to troubleshoot and get it to work. In the end they refused to replace it based on being over the 14 day return policy. I had spent all of that time trying to be patient and open minded. Going forward I may become a Karen with all CS. It seems the only way to get things done. After all of this I found my vape on many other sites for $50. I checked several other products and found that just about everything is overpriced.
